Company Background:

This company is a newly established manufacturing company located in Senai. They specialize in producing cables for high-reliability connectors. As a key player in the global supply chain, the company serves various industries including automotive, medical healthcare, marine, telecommunications, logistics, railway, and others. With a strong international presence, they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  2. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  3. Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records accurately.
  4. Liaise with international freight forwarders and shipping partners to handle export/import documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  6. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any transportation issues.
  7. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address logistics concerns and maintain strong relationships.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all logistics operations.
  9. Support the company's global operations by facilitating smooth coordination across its sales outlets and supply chain network.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to deal with the management team in China and ensure smooth communication across teams.
