Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Georgetown. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role involves a mix of on-site client visits and remote work. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.

sales and negotiation skills, with initiative to proactively approach Architects, M&E consultants, and potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Excell

ent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-m

otivated and goal-oriented, with strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Good p

roblem-solving and organizational abilities, including time management and attention to detail
• Basic

technical understanding, or willingness to learn about platform lift systems and related products
• Profic

ient in Microsoft Office and basic use of CRM or sales tracking tools
• Own tr

ansport and able to travel within Northern Malaysia region
• Able t

o work independently as well as collaboratively with the team in a hybrid work setup
• Prior

sales experience (preferably in construction, lift, or building material industry) will be an added advantage
• Minimu

m Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree not required)
• 18-mon

th contract position, with renewal based on performance**
