Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle loan arrangement / documentation and follow up closely on all matters.
  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into the System.
  • Ensure accurate and timely capture of collections/receipts.
  • Monitor trends in income performance and highlight any revenue leakage or underperformance.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
  • Generating credit and collections related reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with purchasers/ lawyers/ banks to facilitate smooth payment processes.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year (s) of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office, IFCA, etc.
  • Responsible, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in team.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
