Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operation & Production Executive to join our Procurement & Production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring all documentation, inventory records, and stock movement are accurate, organized, and fully aligned with company procedures.

You'll be working closely with the procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to support stock control, manage product returns, and maintain smooth operational flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Record & Documentation: Maintain and update all production-related documents including daily reports, SOPs, and batch records. Ensure proper filing and document traceability in line with company standards.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor and maintain accurate records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate replenishments with Procurement.
  • Product Return & Defect Handling: Record and categorize all returned or defective items received by the warehouse. Coordinate with relevant teams for verification and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Event & B2B Support: Assist in preparing and tracking inventory for events, collaborations, and B2B orders — ensuring smooth logistics and post-event reconciliation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps, propose enhancements, and support digitalization initiatives for better data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Retail teams to ensure clear communication on stock movement, return management, and operational readiness.
  • Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare summary reports on defect trends, stock movement, and document compliance for management review and audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Operations, or related field (Diploma with relevant experience will be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, inventory management, or production coordination — preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools (Excel or similar).
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
