• To design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, bridging the gap between technology and business strategy
• Creating robust, scalable platform
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization, while spanning ServiceNow best practices, technical implementations, and strategic digital transformation
• Collaboration with stakeholders within both NDBS and the NTT DATA Inc. group
• Understanding of overall architectural and landscapes setup of other 3rd party tools provided by the Service Management or IT layer, including legacy solutions
• Data model design, its adoption and further enhancements
• Ensuring good practice is followed in the ServiceNow platform, specifically knowing when customization is relevant vs using standard out of the box
• Close cooperation in an international development team and matrix driven organization
