Admin Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to the Office Manager and contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a range of administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks to ensure effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Support:
Assist in the preparation of training materials, including class setup, course registration, and related documentation.
- Documentation & Filing:
Maintain an organized filing system—both digital and physical—for easy retrieval and secure record-keeping.
- Logistics Coordination:
Arrange logistics for learners and staff as required, including travel and accommodation coordination when applicable.
- HRD Corp Submissions:
Handle course registration, annual renewals, and training provider certificate applications with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp).
- Vendor & Credit Management:
Assist in vendor registration processes and manage weekly GWO credits purchase and learner registrations.
- Office Administration:
Carry out daily administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- Reception Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. Handle call transfers, mail distribution, and consignment handling.
- Team Support:
Collaborate closely with team members and managers to support individual and collective performance goals.
- Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks or ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Office Manager or other superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
