We are a growing health technology SaaS company providing innovative Clinic Management System (CMS) solutions to healthcare providers in Malaysia. Join our dynamic team and help clinics transform their operations

The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist who will be the bridge between our product and our clinic clients. You'll help clinics successfully implement and use our CMS, while identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard & Train: Guide new clinic clients through system setup and training
  • Customer Support: Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Build Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for clinic owners and staff
  • Drive Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and gather client referrals
  • Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback to help improve our product
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new clinic clients
  • Marketing Activities: Conduct product demos, attend healthcare events, and create promotional content

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (to serve Chinese-speaking clinics)
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Patient, friendly, and service-oriented mindset
  • Basic technical aptitude (comfortable with software/apps)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or training roles
  • Healthcare or clinic industry knowledge
  • SaaS or tech industry experience
  • Bahasa Malaysia proficiency
