Job Description:

We're looking for a backend Telemarketing Support to coordinate our telemarketing operations. This role is key in ensuring team performance, communication efficiency, and training quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate telemarketers' performance through regular quality checks, feedback sessions, and weekly status updates to management.
  • Coordinate with the Telemarketing Manager and other teams (Marketing, CRM) to ensure smooth campaign execution and address team or operational issues.
  • Identify and support underperforming staff through improvement plans, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes when necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges such as network issues or platform disruptions affecting telemarketing activities.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new telemarketing staff to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Must be
    fluent in English (spoken and written), Thai proficiency is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Able to lead, train, and monitor remote or onsite staff effectively.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in staff support, team management, or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting, and analysis).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
