PURPOSE

The FP&A Manager Is Responsible For

  • Financial and business controlling to ensure accurate and timely reports to management & other stakeholders
  • Business partnering with commercial stakeholders in different operational and long-term project
  • Credit management and Sales collection

Responsibilities
Financial & Management Reports

  • Preparation of financial reports for management & finance community (APAC, HQ)
  • Preparation of management reports on various commercial KPIs.
  • Supporting Cluster Leaders (across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia & Australia) with commercial KPIs and ensure accuracy of reports.
  • Assistance to month-end closing (provisions)
  • Support the regional CFO on monthly and quarterly business reviews with Cluster Leaders
  • Ensure deliverables and reports from APAC Finance and HQ team on various topics (Margin report, Rolling 3M monthly sales forecast, Monthly finance report)

Business Controlling

  • Support the regional CFO to drive forecast and budget process with Local and APAC teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring working capital management by setting up KPIs and monthly follow-up.
  • Support the regional CFO with the preparation of strategic and long-term business plans
  • Receivable and Credit Management
  • Manage process of Sales Collection & Credit risk management
  • Ensure group Rules compliance for credit management and overdue.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Credit insurance agency to cover credit risk.

Management

  • Need to manage team focusing on FP&A and Credit risk management.
  • Ensure clear target setting for team, supporting them and follow up on actions

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or similar degree
  • Expert in Management and Financial Report Preparation
  • Total experience of 7-15 years with minimum 2-5 years of business controlling in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience in SAP preferred
  • Experience in working in MNC
  • Experience in BI Tools ( Qlicksense, tableau) prefered
  • Experience in regional FP&A preferred
