Job Description
Responsibility:
- Monitor and respond enquiry via the email
- Apply the appropriate pricing structure for each enquiry
- Order Cleaning Up (in System)
- Maintain the working relationship with the customer via phone/emails
- Responsible for undertaking other AD HOC tasks as assigned by the Manager/Director.
Qualifications:
- STPM, DIPLOMA & DEGREE
- Preferably experience with customer service.
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Good command of English (must able to write formal emails to customers)
- Flexible mindset & Responsible
- Able to manage the team and inter-department communications
