CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
- Oversee and coordinate architectural works at the project site to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Supervise and monitor architectural subcontractors and ensure timely execution of work.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality safety and progress.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved plans and authority regulations.
- Manage architectural detailing finishing works and material selection.
- Monitor defect rectification and quality control of architectural finishes.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Architecture or it's related field.
- 4+ experience in construction field.
- Data center construction experience is a plus.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Willing to be stationed at Iskandar Putri, Johor
