An Engineering Consultant firm in Seberang Perai requires HR CLERK

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, HR/Finance/Account or equivalent. Minimum qualification SPM/STPM. Candidate with education background in Accounts/Finance related field will be given priority.
  • LANGUAGE: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years working experience in related work and familiar to use Microsoft office, SQL ,etc. Working experiences in HR/Account related field will be given priority. FRESH GRADUATES are encourage to apply
  • SELF PRESENTATION: Good communication skills, proactive and punctual. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and eager to learn.

Job Description

  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external parties, including job candidates, recruitment agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Handle all online submissions related to statutory contributions and training, including EPF, SOCSO/EIS, HRDF, and other relevant platforms
  • Prepare and process payroll, overtime calculations, attendance records, and related documentation
  • Prepare related quotations and invoices for job advertisement services rendered to customers.
  • Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, terminations, and contract extensions.
  • Manage office support tasks when necessary to ensure smooth office operations and any other relevant duties instructed by management.

Working Hours
- Mon to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
