Job Summary:

We are looking for a Competent Electrical (PW2) Wireman to join our Facilities Management team in Putrajaya. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in low-voltage (LV) electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be part of a professional team responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and reliable operation of all electrical systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical wiring, installation, testing, and maintenance in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
  • Support senior technicians and supervisors in preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Properly use and maintain electrical tools, equipment, and PPE.
  • Prepare and complete service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Participate in emergency response, power shutdowns, and on-call duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Certified PW2 Electrical Wireman (Competent Person) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or facility operations.
  • Good understanding of low-voltage (LV) systems and electrical safety practices.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in facilities management or commercial building maintenance is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
