Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in sales and marketing activities within the industrial sector.
  • Call and visit customers to generate new business opportunities and handle potential inquiries.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for clients within the given deadline.
  • Conduct company presentations for new and potential clients.
  • Attend and assist in exhibitions within Malaysia and overseas to promote company products.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and partnerships.Achieve sales targets for the assigned product line.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and attend sales meetings.
  • Follow up on quotations and secure purchase orders.
  • Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service, ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the Project & Production Departments for seamless project execution

Qualifications Required:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Work Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in Fans & Blowers, Air Handling Equipment, Exhaust Ventilation & Filtration Systems, or other industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Strong network and contacts in the manufacturing and process industries.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to challenging site conditions.
  • Responsive, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of good sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Preferably aged 28 to 40 years old.
  • Good communication skills in English (Malay and Mandarin are an added advantage).
