Position Summary

Responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to customers according to company quality and hygiene standards. Ensures the bar or beverage counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Scope of Work

  • Prepare hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee, juice, syrup drinks, and others).
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and glassware.
  • Ensure beverage ingredients and supplies are always sufficient.
  • Provide friendly and prompt service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
  • Serve drinks with proper presentation and quality.
  • Organize and store ingredients and beverage tools properly.
  • Clean counters, utensils, cups, and the work area after use.
  • Report low stock or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
  • Support daily bar or beverage operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Experienced or willing to learn to prepare various beverages.
  • Hardworking, hygienic, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
  • Able to work under pressure and follow shift schedules.
  • Responsible for maintaining drink quality and workplace cleanliness.
