Job description

Gogoprint, Asia Pacific's leading online printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and provide quality services to customers. You are going to join the customer service team which ensures the customers have a smooth journey with us.

This includes:

  • Answering customers through emails, Whatsapp, Facebook and tickets on a daily basis

  • Supporting 2 countries: Malaysia and Singapore

  • Passing leads to the sales team when a customer is ordering a lot or asking for a custom job

  • Collaborating with other departments regarding complaints through our complaints dashboard that will have to be correctly completed to ensure a smooth understanding of the issue for the other departments

  • Identifying and relaying recurrent issues to find a long-term solution and avoid those issues to happen again

Job requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

  • Bachelor degree in any field

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • 100% customer oriented while following our processes

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Mandarin is highly preferred

  • Good problem solving skills and organized

  • Result oriented, self-motivated and good people management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Patient and up for an adventure

  • Able to work independently with little guidance asap

  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento would be a plus

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)

  • Bahasa (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
