Operator Moulding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Moulding Operator to join our Plastic Division. The Moulding Operator is responsible for running plastic injection moulding machines, ensuring consistent production output, performing basic quality checks, and supporting overall production targets while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation
• Operate plastic injection moulding machines as per daily production schedules.
• Load raw materials (plastic pellets) into machines and monitor the moulding process.
• Unload finished products from machines and place them in designated areas.

Basic Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or defects to the supervisor or technician.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and support regular maintenance activities.
• Ensure machine area is clean and free from obstructions or hazards.

Product Inspection

• Conduct visual and manual inspections of moulded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Remove and separate defective parts and report non-conformance to the quality team.
• Use basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to check product dimensions if required.

Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum SPM / Secondary school qualification or equivalent.

Experience:

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a plastic injection moulding or general manufacturing environment.

Skills & Attributes:

• Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
