Job Description

  1. To research, propose and implement new marketing strategies and materials for product brands and campaigns.
  2. Effectively plan and timely execution of all below the line marketing activities and day-to-day marketing operations.
  3. Proactively contributing fresh and out-of-the-box marketing ideas and strategies.
  4. Ideate and coordinate related marketing collaterals & promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
  5. Provide support to sales team in strengthening and expanding retail sales channels to achieve monthly sales targets.
  6. Managing the usage of Marketing POSM and work closely with the operation team to ensure smooth distribution of POSM to retail level and outstation office.
  7. Effectively executing digital marketing & sales campaigns, email marketing activities, website maintenance and monthly social media campaign.
  8. Responsible for advertising and analysing social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  9. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and build strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing and Mass Communications or in similar fields is preferred but not limited to.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in handling social media/digital marketing projects and campaigns will be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms eg Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & etc. including their respective ads platform and analytics tool.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other design and videography applications would be advantageous.
