Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day building operations: maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, car park, and waste management.
- Assist and monitor on monthly collections.
- Handle resident feedback, complaints, payments, and inquiries professionally.
- Ensure residents and tenants adhere to the House Rules & Regulations.
- Assist and advise the Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC) on all administrative and statutory matters.
- Assist in planning and conducting Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and other MC/JMB meetings, including preparing notices, attendance lists, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, auditors, solicitors, and government authorities.
- Monitor service provider performance according to contracts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Property Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Able to work independently, work in team, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
