Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Member located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell hygiene and pest control services. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, customer service, providing product information, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role also involves logistical support, such as handling and unloading shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Capability to handle tasks such as Unloading and managing inventory when required
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills are desirable
  • Proficiency in relevant languages is an added advantage
