Position Summary

Vanzbon Group is seeking a 
Senior Accounting & Tax Officer
 to join our Kuala Lumpur office.

The role involves managing accounting, tax compliance, and reporting activities for a wide range of corporate clients.

This position is suited for experienced professionals who are eager to develop further within an international corporate services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with 
    local accounting and tax standards
  • Prepare and review tax filings including SST, PCB, CP204, CP500, and annual corporate income tax returns
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities for financial reporting and compliance matters
  • Monitor statutory deadlines and support clients with timely submissions
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on accounting and tax procedures
  • Maintain organized records and assist in system or process improvements
  • Support company incorporation and general compliance coordination when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 
    5 years of relevant experience
     in accounting, taxation, or corporate services
  • Experience with 
    company registration, secretarial, or compliance support
     is an advantage
  • Proficiency with accounting tools such as 
    SQL Account, Autocount, or Xero
  • Strong understanding of accounting and tax frameworks applicable to businesses in Malaysia
  • Effective communication in 
    English and Bahasa
    ; multilingual ability is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
