We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our GAC family

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entertain customers and handle all car maintenance/repair formalities.
  • Allocate and confirm daily service appointments via calls, email, or online booking.
  • Greet and attend to customers upon arrival at the service centre.
  • Perform vehicle acceptance inspection (walk-around) upon receiving the vehicle.
  • Prepare and explain repair orders, including estimated costs and job details.
  • Accurately translate and document customer concerns onto the repair order (job sheet) with clear instructions for technicians.
  • Liaise closely with the workshop foreman and technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Proactively follow up on pending vehicle status and keep customers informed.
  • Prepare and explain repair invoices upon vehicle collection.
  • Collect payment and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle warranty claims and advise customers on warranty coverage clearly and professionally.
  • Submit daily warranty and service intake reports.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, or escalate them to the Service Manager promptly.
  • Demonstrate upselling and customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Solve problems independently and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • No experience required – training will be provided.
  • Some basic knowledge about cars is an advantage.
  • Friendly, willing to learn, and a good team player.
  • Independent and able to handle tasks responsibly.
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Own transportation required.
