Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Coffee & Bakery Department. Team members will play a key role in delivering high-quality baked goods, freshly brewed coffee, and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Provide product recommendations and upsell bakery and coffee items
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and standards
• Assist in baking, finishing, and displaying bread, pastries, and cakes
• Ensure freshness and quality of all products

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and display counters
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support other departments when necessary
• Participate in training and skill development sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
