Job Summary

The Integrity Unit Executive supports the GIU Manager in promoting a culture of integrity within QSR Brands by implementing procedures based on the T.R.U.S.T principles. This role helps ensure compliance with Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009, protecting the company and its employees from corporate liability.

Job Responsibilities

A. Governance

  • Assist the GIU Manager in conducting Corruption Risk Assessments (CRA) for QSRB and its subsidiaries to identify, analyze, and assess potential corruption risks.
  • Support the review and enhancement of integrity-related policies, such as the Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Policy & Procedures, and Corruption Risk Management Guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports for submission to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
  • Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of ISO 37001: Anti-Bribery Management System.
  • Support any other integrity or governance-related tasks as required.

B. Integrity Enhancement

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrity awareness programs, such as awareness videos, posters, and online training materials, to promote a culture of integrity and increase employee understanding of policies and standards.

C. Whistleblowing Management

  • Manage and respond to reports received via QSRB's whistleblowing channels.
  • Maintain the whistleblowing register and monitor the resolution of reported cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Certification in the Certified Integrity Officer Program by MACA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in integrity, compliance, internal audit, risk management, or ISO management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and report writing.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to support all four core functions of the GIU: Whistleblowing Management, Detection & Verification, Governance, and Integrity Enhancement.
  • Willing to travel for awareness programs and verification exercises.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
