Renovation Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management of interior fit-out or renovation works
• Familiar with material properties, construction sequencing, and methods of construction

• Experience in hotel, commercial office, retail space, or high-end residential fit-out projects preferred

• Able to start working immediately would be a plus

• Working area: Jalan Pengalat Lokkawi Papar

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, design drawings, and detailed shop drawings
• Knowledge of construction progress control, on-site quality inspection, and defect rectification
• Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, designers, and subcontractors
• Basic cost control and quotation analysis skills
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English communication. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking team and consultants."
• Understanding of BIM applications in interior fit-out works
• Experience in multinational projects or coordination across multiple sites
