Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, fostering strong client relationships, and facilitating account management. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies to achieve business growth and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and acquire new clients and opportunities
  • Strong background in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain a client-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Good understanding of the health, beauty, or personal care industry is an advantage
