About the role

Lemax Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Field Support Engineer in Senai Airport City, Johor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing industrial Vision equipment at client sites. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for providing technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales projects, ensuring a positive customer product experience, collecting feedback, and driving product improvements;

  2. Responsible for on-site equipment installation, software debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure proper and efficient operation of the equipment;

  3. Provide technical support and training to customers, addressing and resolving technical issues encountered during product use;

  4. Collect customer feedback on product issues and requirements, and promptly provide it to the PM and R&D department for requirement evaluation and issue analysis;

  5. Mainly support projects in Thailand, Mexico, India, and Vietnam, with each project cycle lasting approximately 1–2 months.

岗位职责

1、负责公司售前及售后项目的技术支持,保障客户产品使用体验,收集反馈信息,推动产品改进;

2、负责客户现场的设备安装、软件调试、维护和故障排除,确保设备正常运行;

3、为客户提供技术支持和培训,解答客户在产品使用过程中的技术问题;

4、收集客户反馈的产品问题和需求,及时反馈给 PM 以及研发部门进行需求评估和问题分析;

5、主要服务泰国、墨西哥、印度、越南等,每个项目周期约 1~2 个月。

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation, or other related fields;

  2. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to use it as the primary working language; capable of using Mandarin for daily communication;

  3. Willing to travel abroad for work;

  4. Proficient in C# or C++ programming, with relevant software development experience; familiar with multithreading, event callbacks, and integrating third-party functions for secondary development;

  5. Proficient in VisionPro, VisionMaster, or other vision graphics processing software for process editing and optimization;

  6. Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, lenses and other vision hardware; capable of selecting the appropriate components based on the project requirements;

  7. Relevant experience with three-axis or multi-axis systems integrated with vision systems for joint debugging;

  8. Experience in the laser, new energy, or 3C industries is preferred;

  9. Proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and excellent logical thinking;

  10. This position is primarily based in Malaysia; candidates are required to undertake short and long-term travel to destinations including China, Thailand, Mexico, India, and Vietnam.

  11. (Must fluency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.)

  12. 岗位要求

    1、本科及以上学历,机械电子、机电、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先;

2、英语流利,能作为主要工作语言,中文可进行日常沟通;

3、能接受国外出差;

4、熟练掌握C#或者C++编程语言,接触过平台软件开发相关工作,熟悉多线程、事件回调及第三方函数引用进行二次开发;

5、熟练使用 VisionPro,或者Visionmaster 等视觉图形处理软件进行流程编辑优化;

6、对相机、光源、镜头等视觉硬件有较深的了解 ,可以针对项目需求进行选型;

7、有一定三轴或者多轴系统配合视觉联合调试经验;

8、有过激光或者新能源、3C行业经验优先;

9、工作积极主动、责任心强,沟通能力好,逻辑性强;

10、该岗位常驻马来西亚,需接受长短期出差,出差地点包括但不限于中国、泰国、墨西哥、印度、越南等。

Location: Senai Airport City, Johor.

Working hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 a.m.- 6 p.m.)
