Responsibilities:

·       Channel Sales & Relationship Management

·       Develop and manage relationships with pharmacy chains, sports and rehab centers.

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets across all product lines such as ergonomic wellness, medical devices, and FMCG/supplements.

·       Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for buyer teams and end users.

·       Product Portfolio Coverage

·       Present and position Spinology items (seat cushions, support braces, pillows, hot/cold packs, etc.) based on their therapeutic and ergonomic benefits.

·       Offer medical devices (e.g., mobility aids, diagnostic tools, first-aid) tailored to facility needs.

·       Promote health supplements and FMCG products aligned with customers' retail or care delivery strategies.

·       Strategic Planning & Channel Development

·       Identify new sales opportunities and expansion prospects within your assigned segments.

·       Collaborate with marketing to tailor promotions, bundles, and campaigns for each channel.

·       Gather feedback on product performance, pricing, competition, and emerging needs.

·       Order Coordination & After-Sales

·       Handle the full sales cycle: quotations, orders, delivery follow-ups, and resolving after-sales issues.

·       Ensure stock availability and smooth replenishment planning in collaboration with internal teams.

·       Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

·       Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to adapt strategies and propose new product additions.

·       Provide valuable insights to support portfolio growth and competitive positioning.

Requirement:

· –4 years in B2B sales within the pharmacy, healthcare, sports, or FMCG sector.

·       Proven ability in multi-product portfolio selling — ranging from wellness devices to FMCG/supplements.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at travel and field work.

·       Experience and knowledge of therapeutic/rehab products, medical diagnostics, or supplement categories will be added advantage

·       Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       Sales growth across product categories and channels.

·       Number of new accounts and facility penetrations.

·       Promotional campaign effectiveness and product uptake.

·       Stock availability and replenishment metrics.

·       Cross-selling success across wellness, device, and FMCG lines.

·       Customer satisfaction and repeat order rates.

·       Timely and accurate payment collection from clients.
