Responsibility

· Receive, inspect and store incoming parts for lorries and construction machinery.

· Issue parts to mechanics and maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records

· Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.

· Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances and returns.

· Perform general administrative tasks and manage office operations, including document control, filing, scanning, and handling general paperwork.

· Support site recruitment, track attendance and maintain accurate records for staff general affairs.

· Ensure all work aligns with ISO standards and internal company policies.

· Act as a liaison between the project site and HQ office to ensure smooth coordination.

· Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least STPM / Certificate / Diploma in or any equivalent in related field.· At least 1-2 years related working experience in the related field is required for this position. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCount.· Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. · Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude· Applicants must be willing to work in Vortex Batu Kawan Business Park, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
