Principal Accountabilities
- Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance to the Club 21 guidelines.
- Strive to achieve monthly sales target as given.
- Demonstrate good fashion sense and product knowledge.
- Assist in the upkeep of the store including visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Assist in inventory control and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
- Experience working in luxury fashion retail stores is a bonus.
- Approachable and sales driven.
- Good communication skills in English. Mandarin speaking skill is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
