Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team at TGL. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the international freight forwarding, logistics, and consultancy sector. 

The successful candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, assist with documentation and coordination, and contribute to client-focused logistics projects. The role provides exposure to a dynamic global environment and the opportunity to develop practical skills in supply chain management, international trade, and operational excellence. 

Following the successful completion of a 6-month training program, an offer of full-time employment may be extended to the successful applicant. 

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with operational tasks in international freight and logistics. 


• Support the preparation of documentation for imports, exports, and customs clearance. 


• Conduct research and analysis on global trade trends, market opportunities, and client projects. 


• Assist with client communications and project coordination. 


• Collaborate with senior consultants and operational staff on business development initiatives. 


• Provide administrative and reporting support as required. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Supply Chain 

Management, Logistics, or a related field. 


• Strong interest in international trade, logistics, and consultancy. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


• Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving abilities. 


• High attention to detail and organizational skills. 


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
