About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing Inventory plans to meet customer demand and minimise inventory holding costs
  • Analysing inventory.
  • Collaborating with the planner team to optimise workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective inventory management strategies
  • Generating reports and providing insights to support decision-making processes
  • Continuously seeking ways to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of Inventory control techniques
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of delivering cost-effective and inventory management solutions
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field
