Job Responsibility:
- Take charge of each process and develop related Work Instructions and Quality Plan.
- Conduct improvement for quality, yield, productivity, delivery, and cost and ensure it meets company objectives.
- Constantly look for process improvements and simplifications.
- Liaise with other functional groups to ensure smooth production flow.
- Support new product introduction and evaluations to achieve improvement in existing processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance for production machines, equipment, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- New machines buy-off and support on new material evaluation.
- Generate required engineering reports for Management when required.
- Ability to collect and analyze data and root cause to define the action plan for preventive action.
- Lead and initiate meetings with operation team when customer raise Engineering Change Notification (ECN).
- Maintain ERP system with study of Bill of Material (BOM), routing and target cost.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry.
- Able to work in fast passed manufacturing environment.
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and reliable.
- Good analytical ability and solution oriented.
- Creative and flexible with business acumen skills and emotional intelligence skills.
- Demonstrate good communication and social skills with an excellent customer-oriented mindset and behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
