Corporate Communication Executive

- Create company literature and other forms of communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across communication channels by copyediting and revising communication materials.
- Support the development, organization, and maintenance of content on the company website and intranet.
- Ensure that website and intranet content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Support the coordination and execution of media interviews, and company events such as townhalls.
- Prepare writeups for company website.
- Capture images and videos of important company events to be uploaded to the website and inclusion in the Annual Report.
- Design visually appealing assets, including advertisements, company brochures and materials for internal and external communications.
- Outline, edit, and produce engaging multimedia content for internal and external communication purposes.
- Act as liaison with external groups for magazine publicity or award nomination.
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the media, content writing, marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- Required Mandarin-speaking candidates to handle China's customers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, teamwork, and high integrity.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Proficiency in documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve etc.
- Photography is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
