Qualifications & experience
- At least SPM/ Diploma in Pharmacy
- Those with clinic work experience are also welcome to apply
- Able to work in shift, weekend and public holiday
- Sociable, Good interpersonal skills, Good Team player and responsible
- Proficient in English and Malay. Mandarin speaking will be a bonus
- Must be computer literate (microsoft words/ excel)
- Manage claim for third party panel
- Social Media Management
- Must have own transport
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage reception area
- Schedule patients appointment and manage the clinical front desk activities.
- Perform administrative duties of the clinic including maintaining and updating of patient records.
- Take vital signs. such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height, and record information in the patients' charts.
- To handle dispensary work.
- To assist doctors in various clinic procedures and examination.
- Ensure a clean and organised clinic environment, adhering to infection control.
