Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on IT systems, including updates, backups, and security checks.
  • User Assistance: Assist users with software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
  • Hardware Setup: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory of IT assets.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to users on new technologies and software applications.
  • Collaboration: Work with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure user satisfaction with IT services.

- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Software and Hardware required will be advantage.

FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply

Driving License and Own Transport, Willing to travel and outstation
