Job Role:

  • Drive, plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results on consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, digital, events and promotions.
  • To generate monthly reports and assist in events
  • Launching and implementing innovative promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Support and manage integrated 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from different departments – Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate forecasting together with Sales and Logistics.
  • Monitor brand performance on a monthly basis to ensure KPIs are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
  • At least 3 years experience of brand marketing experience with exposure elements of the marketing mix
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
