  1. Key Responsibilities

  2. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons for Year 10 and Year 11 students based on the IGCSE/SPM syllabus.

  3. Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of methods (assignments, tests, practicals, etc.) and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
  5. Create a positive, challenging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student inquiry and participation.
  6. Collaborate with other faculty members and the management team on curriculum development and school events.
  7. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic needs.

  8. Supervise and participate in extra-curricular activities or school programs as required.

  9. Qualifications & Requirements

  10. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field.

  11. Proven experience teaching IGCSE and/or SPM Chemistry (A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred).
  12. Strong knowledge of the IGCSE/SPM Chemistry curriculum and examination requirements.
  13. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (Proficiency in English is essential).
  14. Ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with teenage students.
  15. A Malaysian citizen or hold relevant work authorization.
  16. Must be willing to work full-time in Seremban.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
