Overview

We are looking for a
Consultant (Technical)
with solid experience in
Microsoft Data technologies
to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and hands-on data professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. This role involves working on
Power BI, Azure Databricks, and SQL-based solutions,
supporting both project delivery and ongoing data operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data solutions using
    Power BI
    ,
    Azure Databricks
    , and
    SQL
    .
  • Design and implement
    data models
    and
    ETL processes
    aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage and resolve
    incidents
    , handle
    change requests
    , and support production operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, dashboards, and reports with high quality and attention to detail.
  • Continuously explore and learn new Microsoft Data technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with
    Microsoft Data Platform
    technologies.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid SQL knowledge
    , including query optimization and database management.
  • Experience and understanding
    of data modeling and core data concepts (e.g., star schema, data warehousing, ETL).
  • Proficient in one or more
    of the following technologies:
  • A). Power BI
  • B). Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • C). Azure Synapse Analytics

  • D). Azure Databricks

  • Knowledge of
    Microsoft Fabric
    is a strong advantage.

  • Microsoft Certifications
    such as:
    Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
    or other relevant Microsoft credentials are preferred.
  • Well-organized and customer-focused
    , with strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated
    , proactive, and genuinely interested in working on Microsoft Data topics in both the short and long term.
