QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • A degree / diploma in Agriculture, Biology, Agribusiness, Marketing / Business or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in agriculture / fertilizers / crop protection / agrochemicals
  • Strong dealers/ distributors / end users / plantations network preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with willingness of travel and work independently
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese customers

JOBSCOPES :

  • Drive sales to meet revenue targets by acquiring new sales as well as growing sales volume from both existing and new customers
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable relationship with existing and potential clients [ Resolve Client Concerns]
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for the company's products
  • Deliver and / or participate sales presentations / trade road show / workshops to promote / introduce products / services.
  • Plan and conduct trial for new/existing products for branding and product awareness purposes with local end user ( Market Demand Creation )
  • Technical support delivery and workaround with our new or existing distributors to fixing the technical issue for local farm with efficient solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
