Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist and handle in preparation full set of monthly management accounts and ensure its timely submission
  • To prepare reconciliation on total E-Invoice validation in IRBM against total revenue on monthly basis
  • To prepare draft Financial Statements & company taxation computation
  • To prepare bank reconciliation and AP AR aging reconciliation against general ledger
  • To upload monthly trial balance, notes to account and other disclosure into Sigma Consol.
  • To prepare balance sheet reconciliation
  • To laisse with internal, external auditor & prepare audit schedule
  • Prepare reconciliation of related parties transactions and balances
  • To monitor the outstanding status of related parties and perform necessary action to recover the outstanding amount
  • To handle and prepare IOI SHOPZ daily sales and reconciliation
  • To assist and handle in preparation of journal voucher on a monthly basis
  • To review and post journal voucher, invoice and official receipt in accounting system
  • To prepare quarterly report for leisure
  • To update monthly sales for leisure
  • To prepare leisure reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • To finalise SST transactions in every 2 months
  • To assist in preparing the mid-term and the whole financial year budget
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company
  • To perform monitoring on the stock count process
  • To assist and handle in the preparation of variance analysis and quarterly reporting
  • To assist in preparing self-billed e-invoice via the IRBM portal

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting and Professional Certificate in ACCA
  • A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
  • Minimum 1 years experience in financial reporting, General Ledger.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya.
