Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Nusa Jaya. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, respond to requests, and resolve complaints to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, providing excellent service, and effectively communicating with customers to meet their needs and improve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Experience
- Ability to ensure and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Proficiency with common customer service software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
