The Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of sensory experience solutions, shaping the future of interactive sensory technologies. They are currently seeking
two Engineering Project Managers
to be based in
Changzhou or Yangzhou, China
.

This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. You will play a key role in bridging client requirements with internal execution, driving continuous improvement, and supporting innovative product development.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, particularly in new product development and launch. Experience with Client A or the Apple supply chain is a plus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English for effective client communication.
  • Skilled in project management tools and software; PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to independently resolve client issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The Job

Project Leadership:

  • Manage projects from NPI through mass production, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Evaluate and implement design changes, manage cost planning, and mitigate project risks throughout all project phases.
  • Lead internal project reviews, track outcomes, and ensure checklist compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, leading meetings, preparing reports, tracking action items, and communicating project risks and updates promptly.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams, aligning departmental efforts and resolving internal issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across projects.
