We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Branch Admin to support daily operations at our learning center.

What You'll Do:


• Assist coach with class & student speech prep


• Handle student attendance & parent engagement


• Update petty cash logs and manage daily expenses


• Monitor staff schedules / manpower arrangement


• Support student showcases & enrollment events


• Assist in tracking branch profit & loss


• Handle basic salary entries and admin tasks


• Maintain records, handle payments & help with audits

Who We're Looking For:

Part-time Public Speaking Coach & Executive (Assistant Coach) to join our team

What you'll do:

Support speech classes & coach students

Manage attendance, student records & parent updates

Assist with class prep, events & operations

Commitment:

Able to commit for at least 12 months (we have different packages with different period contracts)

Requirements:

Fun, engaging & interactive personality

Strong command of English (Min Grade B in SPM English / Band 4 in MUET)

Aged 21–35 years old

Malaysian Citizen

Payment Rate & Working Hours:

RM11/hour (Executive)

Starting RM35/hour (Coach) (following which packages you choose)

Weekdays: 5:00PM – 10:00PM

Weekends: 8:45AM – 7:15PM
