Your primary responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of your team of teachers and administrators. (No teaching experience is required.)Managing all daily operations to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and profitable centre.Engaging with parents, handling complex inquiries, and building a strong, professional community.Driving centre growth by owning the student enrollment and retention metrics.Analyzing your centre's performance data and implementing clear strategies for continuous improvement.Mastering and implementing our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.Attending and actively contributing to monthly leadership and professional skills training.RequirementsRequired:  A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
