About the role

CHC Projects Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.
  • Handle a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, document management, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, such as recording expenses, processing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and assisting with financial recordkeeping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or bookkeeping role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
