As a Sales Specialist, you'll be introducing Eats365's powerful F&B solution to a diverse mix of restaurants — from local gems to well-known chains. You'll learn how to understand their business inside-out and recommend solutions that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do
• Engage with a wide range of restaurants, showing how Eats365 can elevate their operations and boost efficiency
• Understand each customer's unique business challenges — and connect the dots to how our solution can solve them
• Become a trusted advisor by learning the ins and outs of F&B tech and tailoring your recommendations
• Help make F&B technology accessible, exciting, and relevant — especially for businesses upgrading from legacy or manual systems
• Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
• Share customer insights with our Product and Tech teams to help shape future innovations
• Take ownership of your pipeline — from prospecting to closing — with the confidence and accountability of a true sales professional
What You'll Need
• Sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech — but we're open to fresh graduates with the right attitude and hunger to grow
• A tech-savvy and curious mindset — you love figuring out how things work and how they can be improved
• A strong interest in the F&B industry — whether it's food, hospitality, or helping restaurants succeed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia, able to connect with a diverse range of clients
• A proactive and driven approach — you take initiative, follow up smartly and diligently, and never lose sight of your goals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales systems, and a solid sense of ownership over your work and results
• A team player who contributes ideas, learns from feedback, and shares wins with the group
