Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the procurement of goods and services for F&B operations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and operation teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
  • Compile vendor invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock take, report and follow up for any discrepancies for outlets.
  • Ensure that all procured products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the status of F&B outlet's open purchase orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends to identify new suppliers and products and recommend product substitutions to the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
