Job Description

  • Assist in human resources activities such as recruitment, total rewards, learning and development, industrial relations and other services as required by the management.
  • Provide administrative support such as overtime verification, filing of documents, claim and medical submission.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to foreign workers activities to related parties such as immigration department, FOMEMA and MYEG.
  • Responsible for recruitment of foreign workers, renewal of the work permit and medical check-up.
  • Responsible to provide required report on a timely manner when required.
  • To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in human resources or equivalent
