Company Background:
Founded in 2014, our client specializes in one-stop cross-border transportation from China to Malaysia, serving both individual and corporate clients with safe, efficient, and reliable logistics solutions. Headquartered in Guangzhou, we operate our own warehouse to manage warehousing, storing, and shipping. In Malaysia, our dedicated local team handles customs clearance, customer delivery, customer service, and billing ensuring smooth coordination at both ends. Our door-to-door service covers FCL, LCL, CIF, FOB, air freight, and value-added services like payment handling and local invoicing.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the companys logistics services.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, attend exhibitions, and perform cold calling to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, and follow up to close deals.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in outdoor or B2B environments (logistics industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with outdoor sales activities, including client visits and events.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with basic sales tracking and CRM tools.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and sales activities.
Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 3,500 + Commission
